Olivier Cavaliere - Chief Executive Officer & Chairman

Founder of Oltec Group Facilities Management. Olivier, born in Metz, France is involved within all group activities including finance, integration, acquisition, marketing as well as innovative concept and product IT development.
He has operated within the service industry for over 20 years and is supporting the Senior management team within the day-to-day running of group activities mainly in an advisory capacity.

John Roddy - Group Managing Director

Responsible for all aspects of Group performance and strategy, focusing specifically on Service Delivery, Customer Relationship, Business Development, new products and services.
John has operated within the service sector for over 20 years at board level, providing Integrated Services and Business Solutions to the Financial, Property Management and Blue Chip organisations.

Neil Tarbuck - Financial Director

Responsible for all financial issues within the group, also working closely with CEO and Group Managing Director on acquisitions.
Neil has had nearly 40 years experience in all aspects of finance, working mainly in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

Gordon Brady - Operations Director

Responsible for operational strategy and service delivery.
Enjoying over 20 years in the industry, Gordon has operated and managed across all business sectors providing soft services solutions together with innovative new services to maximise manpower efficiency.

Dave Jones - Non Executive Director

Career banker by profession, 35 years with RBS Group. Latterly Director for Commercial Banking, leading the South Lancashire business under both the RBS and Nat West brands. As Head of RBS UK Business banking, reporting to the Chief Executive, Dave had full responsibility for the design and implementaion of the RBS Business strategy.

Ron Wood - Non Executive Director

Ron has over 30 years experience in the provision of Facilities Management services. He has served on the board of 5 companies and was previously Managing Director (National) of Dalkia Energy and Technical Services, which was sold to Mitie in 2009.
Ron has brought a wealth of experience, which will help take the Group to the next level.

Clare Bird - Major Accounts Director

Since moving to Oltec Group in 2006, Clare is responsible for the development and relationship management of the Group's National Accounts.
Working on the introduction of innovative FM and Soft Services Solutions to the Group's client base; Clare’s aim is to provide exemplary service, return on investment and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Ian Dunstan - Information Technology Director

Responsible for the Group I.T. infrastructure, working extensively on the development of management and operational software products developed by Oltec Group, for both in-house and client based access.
Ian has over 19 years experience within the security industry, his previous experience includes securing high profile service sector sites and government high security locations.

David Parry - Head of Retail Security - UK / ROI

Joining the Oltec Group in 2006, David; previously a National Account manager, is now currently responsible for all retail accounts within the business, managing  all aspects of the retail operation, including growth. Ensuring a smooth service delivery and an effective end product. Enjoying 14 years in the security industry, having experience of working with numerous blue chip commercial and retail clientele over the years.
